They Hate you and Want Others to Hate You too!

Narcissists will interpret us the way they wish to see us not the way we are in reality, they are jealous and competitive! Sadly even those who say they are Christians are acting this way.

Question all gossip from the narcissist before acting on it. 

The narcissist wants you to treat their target with the same disrespect they have for them. They hate that anyone else would like the one they hate. 

I remember a situation once when I was having a good time with a little girl, we were laughing and enjoying one another. The narcissist father came along mocking and demeaning us for our laughter as though we were doing something wrong. 

This narcissist hated that the little girl was enjoying me so he found some way to cause the little girl to think something was wrong with our interaction. 

When the narcissist hates you they will attempt to turn others against you with lies and half-truths. They will seek to undermine any chance of a loving relationship, sometimes by isolating us from those they have convinced to hate us too.

We know this is true because of the story of the devil in the garden with Eve when the devil managed to get Eve to distrust God, making her doubt God's wisdom and love for her. He caused a break in the relationship between God and His creation, Adam and Eve. 

This is the same tactic he uses today in interpersonal relationships. Those who hate someone will make whatever that person does and says look like it is not worthy of interest or respect. 

 Satan hated that God had a special relationship with Adam and Eve just as some people hate that we might have a special relationship with anyone they wish to dominate. 

The narcissist's greatest desire is to dominate those around them and negate and disparage anyone who will not allow them to dominate them. The hatred and tactics are demonic and rampant in our day.

We see how many, if not most adult children in our culture have disrespected and diminished their parents, even good parents are feeling the brunt of this devilish mentality.

Satan is turning adult children against their parents without cause, even passing this disrespect to their grandchildren. 

This can only happen in a culture that values personal aggrandizement above God. Those who hate others cannot tolerate that others might not hate them too. 

This was true of the Pharisees, they hated Christ and wanted everyone else to hate Him too. Times have not changed, people have not changed and we are headed toward the tribulation in which there will be few who love Christ, more pretenders than authentic believers fill the religious buildings!

We are living in the days just like those of Noah's day and remember, Noah had many relatives in the water below when God closed the door of the ark.

1 Peter 4:12-19
"12 Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery trial when it comes upon you to test you, as though something strange were happening to you. 

13 But rejoice insofar as you share Christ's sufferings, that you may also rejoice and be glad when his glory is revealed. 

14 If you are insulted for the name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory[a] and of God rests upon you. 

15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer or a thief or an evildoer or as a meddler. 16 Yet if anyone suffers as a Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in that name. 

17 For it is time for judgment to begin at the household of God; and if it begins with us, what will be the outcome for those who do not obey the gospel of God? 

18 And “If the righteous is scarcely saved,
what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?”
19 Therefore let those who suffer according to God's will entrust their souls to a faithful Creator while doing good."
