What Did Christ Command?

There was no command or example in the Bible to begin schools to train men for the ministry. So why are we surprised when they are now going wrong teaching heresies and blasphemies?
There was no command in the Bible to celebrate Christ's birth, so why are we surprised when the pagans love it and run with its revelries?
There was no command in the Bible to set aside a "resurrection day" now referred to as "Easter" loved by the pagans, so why would we be surprised when paganism has infiltrated the church and made a mockery of truth.
There was no command to celebrate the dead in the Bible. So why are we surprised when the holiday become evil?
God commanded only one celebration in the Bible, the one celebration most believers ignore, that is the Lord's Supper, in which we worship Christ. It is not a time of sharing life with each other, it is a time to completely focus on Who Christ is and what He has done. This was commanded and yet most believers ignore it and unbelievers don't even know about it.
Just a thought, if the world loves it, you can believe it has not been commanded by God.
1 Corinthians 15:33
"Do not be deceived: “Bad company ruins good morals.”
2 Corinthians 6:14
"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. For what partnership has righteousness with lawlessness? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
2 John 1:9-11
"Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, does not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works."
1 John 2:15-16 " 15 Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16 For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life—is not from the Father but from the world.…"
In the beginning of this country, the Pilgrims outlawed Christmas and the other holidays because they were riotous times endorsed by the Catholic church, this ought to give us a clue as to whether or not God is pleased with them. Also, do not think that God is pleased with our use of pagan holidays because we tack on the name of Christ to try to make them any more acceptable to God.
A pig is a pig no matter how much lipstick we put on him. Pretending something is good to be able to enjoy life does not please God. If we question all things as God commanded we begin to see how much the church has violated and even watered down the gospel diminishing its impact.
If we have to do sensational things to draw unbelievers in we have compromised and negated the gospel, the focus becomes the sensational things rather than the gospel itself, the devil knows this and is happy-clappy over all that is going on in the church today. The apostasy is rampant and growing every day.
The devil and his minions attend church every week!!!

Hebrews On Faith

Hebrews 11
1 Now faith is the certainty of things hoped for, a proof of things not seen.
2 For by it the people of old [c]gained approval.
3 By faith we understand that the world has been created by the word of God so that what is seen has not been made out of things that are visible.
4 By faith Abel offered to God a better sacrifice than Cain, through which he was attested to be righteous, God testifying about his gifts, and through faith, though he is dead, he still speaks.
5 By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; and he was not found because God took him up; for before he was taken up, he was attested to have been pleasing to God.
6 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for the one who comes to God must believe that He exists, and that He proves to be One who rewards those who seek Him.
7 By faith Noah, being warned by God about things not yet seen, in reverence prepared an ark for the salvation of his household, by which he condemned the world, and became an heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.
8 By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he left, not knowing where he was going.
9 By faith he lived as a stranger in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, fellow heirs of the same promise;
10 for he was looking for the city which has foundations, whose architect and builder is God.
11 By faith even Sarah herself received ability to conceive, even beyond the proper time of life, since she considered Him faithful who had promised.
12 Therefore even from one man, and one who was as good as dead at that, there were born descendants who were just as the stars of heaven in number, and as the innumerable grains of sand along the seashore.
13 All these died in faith, without receiving the promises, but having seen and welcomed them from a distance, and having confessed that they were strangers and exiles on the earth.
14 For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own.
15 And indeed if they had been thinking of that country which they left, they would have had opportunity to return.
16 But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God; for He has prepared a city for them.
17 By faith Abraham, when he was tested, offered up Isaac, and the one who had received the promises was offering up his only son; 18 it was he to whom it was said, “Through Isaac your descendants shall be named.”
19 He considered that God is able to raise people even from the dead, from which he also received him back [p]as a type.
20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau, even regarding things to come.
21 By faith Jacob, as he was dying, blessed each of the sons of Joseph, and worshiped, leaning on the top of his staff.
22 By faith Joseph, when he was dying, made mention of the exodus of the sons of Israel, and gave orders concerning his bones.
23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hidden for three months by his parents, because they saw he was a beautiful child; and they were not afraid of the king’s edict.
24 By faith Moses, when he had grown up, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter,
25 choosing rather to endure ill-treatment with the people of God than to enjoy the temporary pleasures of sin,
26 considering the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures of Egypt; for he was looking to the reward.
27 By faith he left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he persevered, as though seeing Him who is unseen.
28 By faith he kept the Passover and the sprinkling of the blood, so that the destroyer of the firstborn would not touch them.
29 By faith they passed through the Red Sea as through dry land; and the Egyptians, when they attempted it, were drowned.
30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down [u]after the Israelites had marched around them for seven days.
31 By faith the prostitute Rahab did not perish along with those who were disobedient, after she had welcomed the spies in peace.
32 And what more shall I say? For time will fail me if I tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets, 33 who by faith conquered kingdoms, performed acts of righteousness, obtained promises, shut the mouths of lions,
34 quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight.
35 Women received back their dead by resurrection; and others were tortured, not accepting their release, so that they might obtain a better resurrection;
36 and others experienced mocking and flogging, and further, chains and imprisonment.
37 They were stoned, they were sawn in two, they were tempted, they were put to death with the sword; they went about in sheepskins, in goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented
38 (people of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts, on mountains, and sheltering in caves and holes in the ground.
39 And all these, having gained approval through their faith, did not receive [aa]what was promised,
40 because God had provided something better for us, so that apart from us they would not be made perfect."
Trusting in Jesus Christ is the answer to everything all the time!!!!
Hallelujah!!!

Reason to Rejoice but the Gospel must go Forward as we are headed to the End of the Age

Brothers and Sisters, we have reason to rejoice today because of the Supreme Court's decision to do away with the legalized killing of our babies, at least on the federal level. But the struggle is not over, there is still a need for the states to make their decisions.
When the Roe v Wade decision came down from the courts in 1973 we were living in the Bay Area, San Francisco. We heard the decision on the news. I was 19, married and we had a baby. I turned to my husband and asked him "what is abortion", that's just how innocent I was back then.
My husband told me that it was killing a baby while in the mother's womb, I was horrified. I said to him; "we don't have to worry about that law, no mother would do that." How little did I know the hearts of many women? More than 60 million dead babies later we are just now seeing some movement in the direction of protecting babies.
It is sad that half of the people in America are for abortion and the other half are against it. It is a little more complicated than that but many don't care one way or the other.
So what is the answer for our country or any country of the world? The answer is simple and spelled out in the Word of God. The answer is for people to become born again, when this happens their entire perspective on everything is changed. These people have no need of laws because they want to please Christ Who lives in them.
Romans 3:20
"Therefore no one will be justified in His sight by works of the law. For the law merely brings awareness of sin."
A born-again believer hates to sin but if they do, they quickly repent to be cleansed.
1 John 2:1-2 "My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you will not sin. But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate before the Father— Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. 2 He Himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world."
Our main thrust ought to be the gospel when we speak to people, however, we can use the evil of abortion to show people the need for Christ. We must not speak of abortion alone, we must speak of why it offends God and mankind's need for salvation.
Using the commandments of God to explain the wickedness of the human heart is what Christ and the apostles did, they are a schoolmaster to lead people to Christ. How can someone repent if they don't know they are sinners in need of a Savior.
Just Saying!!!!

What is Spiritual Warfare

This really nailed it when it comes to Spiritual Warfare.

UNDERSTANDING SPIRITUAL WARFARE.
For the devil to keep believers TIRED, WEAK, DEFEATED and UNPRODUCTIVE, all he has to do is to blind them from seeing and knowing the TRUTH- the weapon of their warfare. You wouldn't believe it if I tell you this is exactly what the devil has been doing since the time of Adam. In fact, the devil is a professor when it comes to blinding Christians and engaging them in useless and unproductive extra-Biblical activities.

"What are you talking about?" I've not yet started. I am about to. It's about spiritual warfare.

I want to touch on spiritual warfare. Is there anything called spiritual warfare? If there is, what is it and what is it not? How can we war in the spirit? These are some of the issues I will address this year.

"What then is spiritual warfare?"
Spiritual warfare is simply a way of FRUSTRATING the LIES of the devil by establishing yourself in the TRUTH- which is God's will for all believers. Spiritual warfare is not fighting devils!

Before I continue, I want you to understand that spiritual warfare is not what so many believers call spiritual warfare today. I have seen men and women binding the devil, whipping him, shooting him, casting and stoning him. Some even sit on the floor screaming and others stepping on the devil. And I always ask myself, "Who has bewitched these people?"

Listen to me, that is not how to fight. All those things most believers do are carnal and unbiblical! They have nothing to do with spiritual warfare! You can finish jumping around and the devil will still torment you through your mind because you are operating CARNALLY. The battle is in the MIND, not out there. The battlefield of the enemy is your MIND. That is where he is fighting from. He is not out there trying to attack you. He is attacking your MIND by feeding you with LIES and wrong doctrines. All those LIES and FALSE DOCTRINES are the strongholds that you need to pull down . Strongholds are processes of the MIND like IMAGINATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, THOUGHTS etc. The LIES that you grew up learning in church are STRONGHOLDS. These strongholds are not pulled down by binding devils. They are pulled down by learning the TRUTH. The TRUTH is your weapon against this fight.
"4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of STRONGHOLDS;
5 Casting down IMAGINATIONS, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the KNOWLEDGE of God, and bringing into captivity every THOUGHT to the obedience of Christ;" (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 KJB)
So how do we fight in this battle? Do we bind devils? Do we tell the devil to back off? Do we shout and scream? A thousands times no! Christ HAS ALREADY DEFEATED the devil on our behalf. The devil is powerless. You give him power when you believe his LIES like generational curses, spiritual marriages etc. So we must cast down any FALSE INFORMATION that is in our MINDS: wrong IMAGINATIONS, false KNOWLEDGE, wrong THOUGHTS. This battle is fought by knowing the TRUTH.
All the jumping up and down is just an exercise in futility. You are binding the devil every Sunday. Who LOOSES him when you BIND him? Understand that the devil uses DECEPTIONS, FALSEHOODS and TRICKS in fighting and winning every fight he fights the believer. So if you don't understand how he fights, you will not be able to live and enjoy the overcoming life that you have in Christ. That's why I said spiritual warfare is an act of frustrating the LIES of the devil by establishing yourself in the truth. Remember Jesus said,
"And ye shall know the TRUTH, and the TRUTH shall make you free"

 (John:8:32).
Its the TRUTH you know that will make you free. It's not all those GYMNASTICS of jumping up and down, lifting chairs and banging them on the floor. You CANNOT be made free by binding the devil and his cohorts!
I know Satan does not like what I post on this page because I am exposing his LIES. I am indefatigable when it comes to this.

Much Deception within the Church

The deception of the Nephilim as fallen angels impregnating human women is one of the end times deceptions. The devil wanted mankind to believe that devils could do what only God the Father could do when He impregnated Mary with Jesus Christ supernaturally in the womb.
The devil wanted to be like God and attempted to influence Eve to try to be like God too. He is using every deception possible to turn people away from Christ and focus on the worldly deceptions and lies that the devil has concocted.
One of the ways he deceives Christians it to make the Bible say the opposite of what God says and sound like it came from God.
Devils are spirits, and humans are flesh they are two different species that cannot mate. The angels have no gender and do not procreate, therefore they have no seed to mix with the human woman's seed. God said; "each after its own kind", an elephant cannot mate with a dog and they are flesh, therefore we can deduce that spirit cannot mate with flesh. This devilish belief that the giants were giants as a result of human and demon interaction is silly at best but blasphemous at worst.
The Nephilim idea of devils mating with humans came from the wicked book of Enoch that is full of blasphemous claims. It only takes a little discernment to realize devils who are spirits cannot mate with women who are flesh. This thinking appeals to those who want to seem to have "special knowledge" also known as Gnosticism.
Genesis 1:24-25 "24 And God said, “Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, land crawlers, and beasts of the earth according to their kinds.” And it was so. 25 God made the beasts of the earth according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and everything that crawls upon the earth according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.…"
There are many deceptions in the church as well as the world now since the world has entered the church as pretenders bringing with them their worldly and even devilish ideas influencing those who do not know their Bibles or do not know it well enough to discern simple matters.
Distractions that sound good using some Biblical language is one very common way the devil uses to deter people from the worship of God. If he can get the believers and pretenders fighting against one another over silly things he has done his job.
1 Peter 5:8 "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: Be sober - serious about the fact that you have an enemy who wants to devour you and that is nothing to be nonchalant about! Be vigilant - That means to be on guard."
I would encourage anyone reading this to get to know your Bible so well and communicate with the Holy Spirit in you so often that when a deception waltzes in front of you it will be clear immediately to you that something is off.
2 Timothy 2:15
"15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
1 Thessalonians 5:21
"21 Test all things; hold fast what is good."
Above all, never base your beliefs on what others want you to believe or out of fear of the loss of a relationship. We must be kind when sharing God's word but we must never hold back merely to hold onto a friendship.
We know that true friends will allow us to stand firm in our beliefs and will even listen to perhaps evaluating what they know in terms of God's Word. We listen to others to evaluate according to the scriptures, we do not listen necessarily to accept things to be friendly.

Tommy Ice on the Rapture

God's Word More Powerful than any two-edged Sword

A sister shared with me this morning that her ungodly father saw a scripture on the wall in her house and backed up as though frightened by it. I told her my thoughts about the presence of the Holy Spirit, and those thoughts are as follows:
It's possible the Holy Spirit is evident in His Own scriptures and it frightens those who are not born again.
In other words, they know there is a God and that He is all-powerful, but refuse to confess their sinfulness and trust in Christ.
Hebrews 4:12-13 "12 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it pierces even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight; everything is uncovered and exposed before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.…"
I have had people back up from me while I was being friendly and kind, even ladies pulling their tops together that were too revealing even though I was kind and friendly, saying nothing about their clothing.
Unbelievers can sense the presence of the Holy Spirit. They think something about us makes them uneasy, but it's not us.
John the Baptist was in his mother's womb when he sensed the Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ in his mother's womb when he lept for joy at the presence of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit is very powerful, when He is removed from the world all hell will break loose like nothing anyone has ever seen. The Holy Spirit is called "The Restrainer", He restrains evil which is why the world cannot touch the believer, our bodies can be attacked but our Spirit cannot be touched. Evil will not become full-blown while the Holy Spirit remains on the earth in the born-again believer.
We are only seeing a taste of what is coming when the rapture occurs. We see the world growing darker every day fulling the earth with evil.
Evil men will lie and say the terrible people were removed when the believers disappear in the rapture. The world will become terrified at the disappearance of millions of believers. But more terrifying than that is when the restrainer is removed evil will explode leaving the world completely unprotected.
2 Thessalonians 2:6–7
"6 And you know what is restraining him now so that he may be revealed in his time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work. Only he who now restrains it will do so until he is out of the way."
Imagine a world in which evil is full bore against everyone and everything. Where there are no "friendly" people left to help others. Where everyone is out for themselves without empathy and mercy toward anyone else.
The world will explode with natural disasters more powerful than the world has ever seen before.
Luke 23:29-31 "…29 Look, the days are coming when people will say, ‘Blessed are the barren women, the wombs that never bore, and breasts that never nursed!’ 30At that time ‘ they will say to the mountains, “Fall on us!” and to the hills, “Cover us!”’ 31 For if men do these things while the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?”…"
Revelation 6:16
"And they said to the mountains and the rocks, "Fall on us and hide us from the face of the One seated on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb."
The tribulation is the time of the wrath of God. The final time in which God will punish evil and give mankind one last chance to repent and trust in Christ.
Isaiah 2:19
"And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth."
Now is the time of repentance and salvation, there isn't much time left before believers are removed and those left will suffer things they never thought could happen.
2 Corinthians 6:1-2 "1 As God’s fellow workers, then, we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. 2 For He says: “In the time of favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.” Behold, now is the time of favor; now is the day of salvation! "
