When we hear more about politics from the mouths of Christians than we do the name of Jesus Christ, the church has lost it's foundation and is moving into apostasy.
Matthew 15:7-9 "You hypocrites! Isaiah prophesied correctly about you: 8‘ These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. 9 They worship Me in vain; they teach as doctrine the precepts of men.’ ”
Isaiah 29:13 "Therefore the Lord said: “These people draw near to Me with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. Their worship of Me is but rules taught by men."
They worship the rules of men and their own arrogance.
Amos 5:21-23 “I hate, I despise your feasts! I cannot stand the stench of your solemn assemblies. / Even though you offer Me burnt offerings and grain offerings, I will not accept them; for your peace offerings of fattened cattle I will have no regard. / Take away from Me the noise of your songs! I will not listen to the music of your harps."
God hates the foolishness Americans are "doing for Him" that He never commanded, while violating most of His principles mentioned in His Word.
Psalm 78:36-37 "But they deceived Him with their mouths, and lied to Him with their tongues. Their hearts were disloyal to Him, and they were unfaithful to His covenant."
The world needs to repent, the whole world, including the United States.
